The client is one of the biggest football associations in the region of Middle East. With a huge operation which includes many employees and departments, the client wanted to implement a bespoke enterprise resource planning system.

  • Hindrance to daily operations due to lack of transparency and functionality issues.
  • Unable to bring different departments such as finance and HR under one system to control them laterally.

  • One click visibility of stock available, orders, pending orders, order due for invoicing and payment & receipts across purchase and sales module.
  • HR reporting tool- the Microsoft AX reporting module will allow users to manage employee’s data like skill, educations, certifications etc.
  • Manage and track employee leaves, increment and appraisals through MS AX platform.
